Terms of Use Agreement

Welcome to Elodan ("Elodan", "we", "us", or "our"). Elodan is operated by Impressive Agency LLC, a company incorporated in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Elodan website, platform, applications, APIs, AI models, tools, content, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you are using Elodan on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Scope of the Service

Elodan provides access to generative artificial intelligence services, including text, image, video, audio, and other AI-powered outputs, as well as APIs and related tools. The Service may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and be fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

Some features of the Service require payment or subscription. Fees are billed in advance unless stated otherwise. All payments are non-refundable except where required by UAE law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Credits and Usage System

Elodan uses a credit-based usage system. The number of credits required to access or use any tool, model, feature, or service may change.

Elodan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, increase, or decrease the credit cost of any feature or service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

Credits do not represent a fixed monetary value and may be adjusted as part of the operation of the Service.

6. Changes to Terms and Policies

We may update these Terms, the Privacy Policy, AI Disclaimer, or other policies from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and policies.

7. Rate Limits and Usage Controls

To maintain system stability and prevent abuse, Elodan may apply rate limits, soft throttling, hard throttling, or temporary restrictions on usage at its sole discretion. These controls may be implemented to protect platform infrastructure, ensure fair access, and maintain service reliability.

8. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a high-quality experience for all users and prevent abuse, Elodan implements a Fair Use Policy. Daily credit usage is subject to caps based on your subscription tier.

• Soft Caps: Exceeding daily fair-use limits may result in temporary speed throttling or reduced priority.
• Hard Caps: Excessive daily usage exceeding the hard cap for your tier will prevent further generations until the next day.
• Abuse: Automated usage, scraping, or attempts to bypass these limits are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. User Content, Inputs, and Outputs

License to Elodan: By using the Service, you grant Elodan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to operate the Service and improve, train, and develop AI models.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not violate laws, infringe rights, generate harmful or abusive content, involve minors improperly, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, or train competing AI models using the Service or Outputs.

11. Third-Party Services and APIs

Elodan relies on third-party AI models, APIs, and infrastructure. Elodan does not control these services and is not responsible for their outputs, misuse, downtime, or user reliance. Users are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws and third-party terms. Use of third-party AI services is at your own risk.
